Resources for writing

When writing takes so much time, there’s a strong necessity to save the tiniest bit of it for the sake of planning, family and so on. I’m sure that everyone who writes is using special tools (either for writing, editing, grammar check, time management, etc.). Here are the best tools I chose for myself: 1) Plagiarism Checker on [BibMe](http://www.bibme.org/) – but I guess some of you use Copyscape. 2) Sometimes, I use [Citavi](https://www.citavi.com/en/index.html) for searching resources and 3) Reference Generator on [essay.tools](http://essay.tools). There’s also Word Counter (sentences, paragraphs, etc.). Here’s one more [Activescholar](http://www.activescholar.com/researchwriter/), though it gives only a free 30-days trial. But it’s perfect for academic purposes. What are your favorite tools for writing and editing? Which do you prefer and why?
