I mean besides a heavy rehaul of the final arc/adding a LOT more to make it less rushed, which everyone is saying because it’s kind of the objectively correct answer, I’d probably have Yuzuha join the gang. I just feel like the character I came out of the Christmas arc liking most was her, and I think there could have been a lot of potential in not just immediately sidelining her and then >! only bringing back her abusive brother in the finale. !< Like, at least bring both of them. And it’s implied a couple times that she CAN fight, even if she’s not necessarily on the level of a division commander.
Make takemichi more clever 💀 like cmon he doesn’t have to be actually intelligent like Kisaki but give this man some common sense, it was getting frustrating to see him make only questionable decisions through the whole show
The Final Arc. I found that the chapters lost time in things that aren’t important and them in the end resolved all the problems so fast and easily with a ot of plot holes and bad explanation.
The terrible ending obviously, lmao before it’s ending I used to think that in what possible way can Takemichi save everyone, without getting killed along the process, but after seeing the ending, I think he was good dead anyways 😮💨 it was not at all satisfying so I’d rather change it in such a way that people who died along the process like Baji cannot be brought back, now I know it’s a very unpopular opinion, but still, there is a reason Endgame was such a big hit from Marvel, because Ironman Died in that movie and people knew it was all worth something
Scrap the last arc entirely. I liked it at first and felt like it was building up towards something interesting but it ended up feeling like a big waste of time honestly
It may be unpopular, but give more development to Mikey and Takemichi’s relationship. I like their interactions during adulthood because we see Mikey actually opening up to Takemichi, something that don’t happens during their teenagehood (except during the Kanto Incident). Now compare it with his friendship with Draken, Senju, Hakkai and especially Chifuyu, those relationships were given time to properly develop.

apart from not rushing the ending, making all of the tenjiku characters (besides kakucho/izana) actual dangerous villains and not just fodder
wouldve been nice if smiley/mitsuya werent taken out offscreen & the fight was a lot closer in numbers too
