Catwoman had a daughter in the main continuity before new 52
it was a pretty bad storyline all together. Like you said Batman and Catwoman had a daughter named Helena on Earth 2 and she was liked by fans (which is why we have Helena Bertinelli after Wayne died in Crisis), so I guess this daughter was introduced as like “omg are they reintroducing Helena” blah blah just to pull a “oh wow Bruce wasn’t the father even though it was heavily implied he was”.
They then had Selina give the child up for adoption and it was really never spoken about again. With Geoff Johns reintroducing Helena Wayne I think it’s safe to say this storyline was retconned out of existence

Her daughter
Pre new 52 she had a daughter with Slam Bradley called Helena. Selina had Bruce arrange to have her adopted due to believing her life style would only endanger Helena.

How does Selina know what the child looks like if she gave it up for adoption?
Had it really been several years in the comics from the end of Catwoman Vol. 3 and the baby to this picture of the child the beginning of Gotham City Sirens? Typically fewer years pass in real life than in the comics.
