Does anyone know what chapter Kishimoto drew this ? Or is it just a drawing he made not in a chapter ?

This is the cover of volume 72, which means it was not used for any chapters because I remember reading volume 72 multiple times and this was not anywhere.

From what I recalled in boruto his hokage cloak/cape flame design is just triangles which makes the design is even worse.
