Garou adapts incredibly quickly but if Adam eyes will work the same on Garou as they do on Zeus, then Garou has very little chance in such a scenario :3
I had to do a lot of explaining in OPM sub because of this shit. Anyways, these version of Garou may lose because the thing is that this fucker evolves mid fight so if he turns into awakened Garou, he is going to have a pretty good chance of beating Adam because he has the potential to evolve even further. As Awakened Garou, he is going to be durable enough to not go down easily with Adam’s punches and clearly stamina high enough to overheat and outlast EOTL. As Awakened Garou, he is going to be as fast as 55% of the speed of light at the very least. Yes, he is not a divine being but let’s assume he is because that’s what Adam need to fight.
In my opinion, One Punch Man’s universe is no where near close RoR’s power levels, yes I’m talking about Boros, no I’m not talking about Saitama since Saitama’s a special case.
So many people wanking Adam because they’ve never read OPM manga or webcomic. Adam loses same way he lost to Zeus. Human Garou literally survived SDSA tackle which resulted in his whole rib cage(and I think spine?) being shattered. SDSA even said it was a fatal technique and then used his strongest move Super Alloy Bazooka and Garou equaled that with his own fist. If you know even a fraction of SDSA just a normal punch on a monster makes them just blow up. Shit, he flat out just sprinted through monsters and it killed them. Garou would arguably defeat everyone on the list because he’s just THAT broken. It took a broken character to defeat a broken character.

It would be another battle of endurance, since Adam can copy Garou techniques, but Garou is tanky as fuck.
