Wow….that is some cruel stuff. I know we are in hard times for small businesses but if the fiancé died before the wedding how is asking for a refund unreasonable?
They are in the service industry where your own inflexibility will destroy your business. If they can’t be flexible with their no-refund policy for a timely reported DEATH, they shouldn’t be in the service industry. How many people would have been recommended/referred to them in the long run had their response to this grooms loss showed human concern over his loss rather than concern for the short term money?! Now it’s quite the opposite and their online brand presence is toast.
Also, the refund would have cost them less than the costs of setting up their dumb website ranting about cancel culture.
woah, that’s horrific
hopefully the company ceases to exist
What’s this company thinking posting this? In what world would this be a good idea?

Whoah. Heartless and unnecessary on photographers part! WTF! Where’s the compassion??
There’s no way a business would do this and expect to stay in business. I think I need some verification for this story.
*Loads M32 with malicious intent*
Soulless ghouls. Fuck them and their pity party. There’s a vast gulf between someone calling off a wedding and dying. Jesus Fudgecake.
Check out the Facebook page, even posted “I have no remorse, only money”
Absolutely vile human beings running that place.
“Life is a bitch, Justin.” You don’t say that to a widow, and get to be the good guys of the story.
Not sure they are 100% in the wrong here… https://www.justinmontneywedding.com/
Edit. Looks like maybe the company is a scam? More research needed…
Holy effing shit. What scumbags.
What the actual fuck. The fiancé couldn’t even legally hold up her end of the agreement because she was fucking deceased.

If I was Justin I would be in jail.
This story is from like april 2020
Capitalism. Does great things to people.
They double downed and made a website to “explain” why they were “right” to refuse the refund. Posted the dudes picture on it and everything.
Apparently the shutdown though. The website is still up…
photography yeets itself out of business.
