  1. [Article](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/nov/23/florida-doctors-covid-coronavirus-bruce-boros)

  2. They need *alternative treatment* indeed. But there’s probably a couple of laws prohibiting it.

  3. The cherry on top is this:

“I have been on ivermectin for 16 months, my wife and I,” Dr Bruce Boros told the audience at the event held at the **World Equestrian Center** in Ocala, adding: “I have never felt healthier in my life.”

The 71-year-old cardiologist and staunch anti-vaccine advocate contracted Covid-19 two days later, according to the head event organizer, Dr John Littell.

Or am I just beating a dead horse?

  4. How many doctors at that conference? When I need cancer treatment, is my doctor going to prescribe peach pits? I mean, there are (some) chiropractors with more sense.

  5. Revisit the story in ten days when it’s… “All 7 doctors who contracted Covid at summit have fully recovered”.

  6. Sure people will take this the wrong way but based off that headline they didn’t go to a summit discussing the ability covid has to be transmissive. Just a summit regarding a vaccine (that ironically does not stop transmission anyway). Struggle to see the face palm.
