Pretty incorrect tier I guess
why does everyone think luffy is yonko level, he has been defeated by kaido twice, even when he learned how to coat himself with conquerors haki. Even when he wins, you cant be saying theyre on the same level? I keep seeing these tier posts and they dont make much sense.
Rebecca should be in new world debut the admirals shouldn’t get into Yonko tier by default. Beige should be higher. Bon clay should be higher. We know nothing about Dragon’s fighting ability. Burgess is too high. Momonosuke is too high. Perona is too low. Enel can destroy islands he should be higher. Kiku should be higher. Ben Beckman intimidated Kizaru it is possible he’s stronger. Why ar Shiryu and Pizzaro higher than the other titanic captains weevil should be lower.

Pretty solid list but I think Ryuma in his “Prime” as you mentioned in the title would definitely be at least executive level. Kuma is also severely underrated on this list, as Dragon would be at least YC/YC+ level so to be a revolutionary army commander he’d at least be executive. Especially now with his upgrades. I’d even put enel a little higher considering his op df and use of haki early on in the story.
Edit: Didn’t see the other Kuma in the YC level. Is there a reason for there being two?
many people in the officer tier could easily be beaten by the ones in the grand line fighter tier. Not a chance that Bepo beats Usopp, Monet, or even a freakin vice admiral dude. Hajurdin gets beat by Kaku low diff lmfao this tier list is a joke.
If you put half of Yonko Commanders in the Yonko Commander+ tier, shouldn’t you rename those tiers?

Also what have Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine done to not be fodder? They were totally outclassed by Zoro and Luffy IIRC correctly and got swatted like flys.

Shirahoshi’s power is enormous, but she is useless without an adequate number of some bigger non-fodder sea kings nearby. Including this power in that ranking is the equivalent of giving Whitebeard or Kaido their entire crew.
Kuma before becoming pacifista was for sure YC + level. I firmly believe he was chief of staff for revs before sabo

Interesting that you have Pizarro that high, I assume you have him as Sanjis opponent when they go up against the Blackbeard pirates?

A lot of these choices are *wild* below officer level
I feel like Shirahoshi shouldn’t be above yonko tbh. Her power to control sea kings is pretty cool, but from what we’ve seen even weak characters can easily handle them
