I mean, to be fair, Awakened Garou is one, and Cosmic Fear Mode is another beast. She may be able to stand up to Awakened Garou, but there’s the change God comes and does “brr” and she dies of cancer.
Garou copies Tat’s psychic powers then outmatches her at base strength. I think that Tats would be able to withstand the nuclear fission tbh, maybe even several of those punches given her crazy feats and standing up to Psychos’s similarly powerful planet-slicing abilities she got from God, but there’s literally no chance she would win in the end.
That’s not even accounting for the radiation. But then again, she was already nearly dead before Garou showed up and I injured she could probably manage to force through the radiation for a bit, even Silverfang was able to do so with no protection.

I wonder what exactly made garou so strong. He was just a former student under bang. Was it to show that with determination or whatever anyone can become a powerful villain? honestly, Garous Universal Energy manipulation is amazing once we start talking about black holes, because if he can copy the the energy output of anything in the universe that means he could make himself emulate the properties of a black hole in reverse and he would be fine in there.
