but there’s only 1 continent and I’d expect an island to be no greater than multiple cities. I also doubt humans care much if aliens are endangered, thus it doesn’t matter if a God threat will destroy humanity or the multiverse from their perspective
You added disaster levels?
Titan- Orochi, Psykos-Orochi
Angel- Tatsumaki, God Slayer, Boros
I like it and I would love to see more and more powerful monsters and villans before we eventually reach god level, however, it would probably stretch the series out too much, elevate it to kind of silly heights (basically just making it a one-up machine) and make a lot of super cool and loved monsters irrelevant.
Based on this, it would makes sense why Puri-Puri would want to label some of his moves ‘Angel-Style’.

Titan being below Angels/Phoenix makes no sense. Titans are gods.
Phoenix and Dragons are interchangeable but dragons are more threatening generally.
Angels are benevolent so no idea why they would be a disaster level.
Ogre – not sure who would fit here, need to see more monsters and heroes.
Titan – Tornado, Golden Sperm, Boros, Psykoorochi
Angel/Phoenix – limit break monster, Platinum S,
Gods – god so far
I like these new threat level tiers.
I think there just needs to be one tier between Dragon and God, which we’ll call titan. The monsters that would fit would be:
Low Titan: Golden Sperm, Orochi, pre-woke Garou
Mid Titan: Unleashed Boros, Tatsumaki, Exploding Heart Release Fist Garou, Psychorochi, Platinum Sperm
High Titan: Meteoric Burst Boros, >!Awakened Garou!<
Beefcake would be a titan so would psyrochi black S and some other monsters like pluton

Titans are gods.
I don’t like the way disaster levels are made. Almost any monster that could wipe out a city could with time wipe out humanity, because what is considered the defense of the city? The one were dog man lives, the one saitama lives, one without A or S class heroes?. The sea king could destroy nothing if found any strong S class early or he could wipe humanity if the S class wasn’t there.
I think a way better sistem would be disaster-calss of heroes needed, or disaster-minimum colateral damage
For wolf: should be posing a threat instead of opposing

Isn’t the one piece world on a single continent planet? So the other ranks are still the same thing.
Pretty decent. In ogre you can put kombu infinity, base armoured gorilla and many weak demons
Disaster level below wolf- tier 10 c to 10 b
Disaster level wolf – upto 9b
Disaster level tiger- upto 8c
Disaster level ogre-8b to 8a
Disaster level demon – low 7c to high 7c
Disaster level- giant- low 7b
Disaster level dragon- 7b to 6c
Disaster level titan – high 6c to 6a
Disaster level angel- high 6a to low 5b
Disaster level god – upto high 5a
Disaster level celestial – tier 4
Disaster level sky father- tier 3
Disaster level saitama – tier 2 or above
Disaster level king- tier 1 a
Just remember that a city in OPM is basically a country, so Dragon is already basically your titan threat.
Actually would enw count as a dragon or titan I feel at base he is a dragon but potentially he can become titan or angel, same could be said about ugly asuming his powerboost through feeling inferiority is infinite he could also climb in disaster level albeit much slower.
