HE is mid or low dragon, guy has absolutely done shit, his attacks werent able to destroy anybody for good and his stats are those of a normal human.

Black Sperm is literally one of the highest dragons, aka peak dragon in the series with some of the highest potential, same goes for Phonximan nigga deserves at least mid tier even after retcon, hes got hax and shit.
Pig God above demon, guy got defeated by Gums who is already low dragon.
CE without brave giant and just pack is high demon as well, a bit stronger in power and versality than Zombieman.
And like I said Zomb is confirmed to struggle against DSK and if Pureblood wasnt so fucking cocky and stupid he could have won. High Demon should be equal or less than CE.
