Garou would die to Flashy due to lack of attrition in the match up.
The striking speed of AS is still fast for Garou to deal with and he gets cut into ribbons unless he decides to do some blade testing, as Garou was Bangs disciple. Either way Garou dies.
Amai Mask is physically weaker than Darkshine but his relentless nature and bloodthirst is something to look out for.
Flash and Atomic were basically stated to be able of one-shotting him before he could do anything, and he isn’t recovering from having his head impaled, being bisected, or being turned into meat cubes.
Amai would lose. Blunt damage and hand-to-hand combat don’t really go well against Garou’s technique and bullshit-surviving abilities. Also i think Garou at that point matched or surpassed Amai’s raw stats but i could be wrong.
The only flaw of DS, is his mental and his really low pain tolerance. He only have been scrached by the acid of furher ugly, we never really saw him giving all in a fight because his mental give uo at any obstacle

Amai ability are raw strength and speed, it doesn’t really match up well against Garou so the hero hunter wins
Garou’s trick is that he gets stronger as the fight goes on and adapts to eventually beat the opponent. The fight with FF and AS each last .1 seconds lol, there’s no time to adapt. Those 2 are possibly the worst S class matchups for Garou outside of Tat.
and AS is interesting, i don’t think Garou would win, but he can either use Whirlwind for ranged attacks (idk what would happen tho) or he can use the secret Joestar technique

He survived to his entire rib cage completely destroyed, and was ready to fight an instant later, at that point i somehow doubt any of them can kill him. The results would likely be the same than against Darkshine, they will kick his ass in a first time, then he will evolve and overcome them (even if since they are not pussies like Darkshine, they would fight longer).
That’s being said, i wonder how he would react to Sweet Mask being a monster. That’s would be seriously mind-blowing for him. Would he hate him even more for the obvious hypocrisy of a monster killing monsters because they are monsters ? Would he begin to reconsider his envy to become a monster ? Would he feel pity for Sweet Mask ?
