I like this more. The glowing parts just look like not so subtle parallel to Boros, which doesn’t make much sense since it’s not even Garou’s final form and he doesn’t have any energy attacks.

Can you also make his eyes dark? This looks cool, but clashes with itself a bit. Just a dark silhouette would look cooler, imo
