Yuu do realize that that the whole series is about children living in large military base learning and competing with other children in killing techniques so that they might rise in the military bases power structure. The “evil” one’s in this story are the ones who are a little bit too assholish or have gotten a little bit too much in to the killing business. Danzo and his training methods practically make little to no difference in this context.
