I think people are seriously underestimating Hashirama and the power gap between him and Madara when they were alive. As well as Hashiramas capability to adapt and grow.

The only ones who in theory have a chance are the ones who can seal it, and I’m almost sure that the only one who could seal the edo tensei was hiruzen, madara is too confident, hiruzen together with the other kages could defeat him

Hiruzen is a bit of a wild card. He was able to handle Orochimaru, Hashirama, and Tobirama pretty well in his old age. Madara will be a lot harder but depending on how he does he along with the other 4 Kages could turn the tide or at least last a lot longer than Tsunade did.
Minato has the best shot at hitting Madara every time even if Madara uses Susanoo. Minato just needs to get one hit on Madara to place a seal and they can get Madara from inside his Susanoo. Minato has the highest chance of beating of beating Madara by sealing Madara to win.
Kakashi without the Sharingan he is still pretty strong as his chakra won’t be as depleted as fast along with still having access to all the Jutsus he copied. Kakashi would be in the same boat as Hiruzen with being able to possibly turn the tide if not last longer than Tsunade did.
Naruto as the 7th Hokage is still as strong if not stronger than he was during the War. He’ll be the MVP of the team. His main struggle will be Madara from using Wood style since it’s effective against tailed beasts and Genjutsu from either the Sharingan or Rinnegan if he decides to let Kurama out to fight as well. Naruto would have the firepower to constantly wound Madara so that they could sneak in to seal him while his body was still regenerating.
Tsunade did well but mainly focused on being defensive to keep everyone alive as a medical nin. If she didn’t focus as much on supporting the team, she could’ve lasted a bit longer but at the risk of someone getting critically injured to the point of being out of the fight.
Hashi + the other Kage probably hold their own, and put up a great stalemate.
Tobirama dies much quicker (this is mostly because he can’t heal fatal injuries, which will be a common theme).

Minato would be an interesting case, since 99% of everything he does in a fight is teleport. That ends up do the writers have a spot he can teleport to and just dump enemies where they can’t be a problem anymore. Outside of running away and displacing, he also can’t do much.

Hiruzen, specifically older, would likely struggle a great deal and perhaps do a little bit better against Madara then sonata early on, but would have less stamina and less healing to be able to keep up with him. Minato would honestly struggle quite a bit, however I do think it is possible he could win against the reanimated version, but it would be just barely and likely through sealing him by the end of it. Kakashi, due to his abilities without the sharingan, I think would put up an overall more skilled fight then Tsunade I did, but I also don’t think he would do quite as well in the long run. Naruto sweeps, and even without Kurama, I still think Naruto would win with relative ease, but it would be a struggle.

Hokage Kakashi: I give him similar odds to Minato. Hokage era Kakashi is a monster and his novel feats parallel Minato. He lacks in raw power, but again, Onoki can cover for that.
All I see is comments of people downplaying hokage kakashi when his light novel says he is stronger than war arc. If you count filler to a degree he also fought kashin koji briefly an otsutsuki lv opponent designed to kill jigen and made him retreat.

Base Naruto w/o Kurama is still comparable to Sasuke as shown back in the Final Valley Fight albeit “slower” in Travel Speed and a weakened and injured Sasuke still was enough to make Borushiki cautious of him in the Isshiki fight. And while we don’t know what SM Naruto is capable of yet, we do know as far as Speed is Concerned, he is comparable to True Essence Kawaki and Borushiki, being fast enough to save Boruto from a Blood Listed Cube Attack.
