Obito would be a massive problem because of Kamui, so he’d need to be kept occupied. Kakashi has the best chance here with his own Kamui, since he can escape the dimension and attack Obito from within when he goes intangible. If Kakashi takes a few powerful Jonin plus some members of the Yamanaka clan, mind transfer and long range Kamui could be a good strategy. Ma and Pa could also be summoned by Naruto to be sent off with Kakashi’s team to bypass Kamui with their sound genjutsu.
Madara would then be a big issue, specifically because of Limbo. They’d need Guy to go 8th gate straight away and blitz him. Another strategy could be trapping him with the mind transfer or shadow paralysis from long range and killing him with something like particle style. He needs to be trapped and killed before he can summon a Limbo clone and activate Izanagi.
For the rest, BSM Naruto and Bee can start spamming tailed beast bombs. If that’s not enough, bring in someone like the Raikage to aid them. This is the easiest part of the operation. Once they’re done, Naruto can go assist on the remaining battlefields.
TLDR: Obviously not a perfect strategy and wouldn’t be easy, but the villages can 100% win with the right plan.

And Itachi is roughly weaker than Yagura, who is, without a doubt, weaker than Tobirama or Hiruzen. The only real saving graces the Uchiha have are:

– Tsukuyomi
– Amaterasu
Genjutsu don’t work on perfect Jin, so Naruto should be safe, and Amaterasu has shown to be able to be avoided/stopped, either through removing the burning part like Fourth Raikage Ay did, or by outspeeding it. Even if it was the time rewind thing from Generations, idk if that makes him capable enough to fight everybody. So its just my opinion but i think the villagers can win i mean kakashi neji sakura and some other good ninjas can take care of obito for sasuke we have naruto ..naruto can probably beat him with low difficulty and 7 gate guy and 6 gate lee can beat madara and if its not enough than guy can just fold madara in 8 gate now the real problem is itachi and sishui cause we don’t know there full potential so we don’t have a counter for them yet but there are many skilled ninjas so i think there will be someone who can take care of these two
