I love Izumo and Kotetsu, I wish they did more than be the gatekeepers or a “helper” to the hokage. Genma and Hayate were awesome too. Did they ever say way Hayate was always coughing?
There’s also those other two guys that do the Flying Raijin triangle thing with Genma. And then the other guy who’s basically Dollar Tree Itachi with Fire Style and crow genjutsu, the one with the glasses (name is Aoba, I know, I’m just going with the meme of calling them “that guy”).
I don’t know which one he is but p sure the cigarette guy was the one that gaara fodderized in the chuunin exams arc on the rooftop? Or was that Orochimaru. Hard to remember
Genma, Raido & Iwashi should’ve taught Naruto the Flying Thunder God technique after he learned the Rasenshuriken. They also should’ve used the technique more in general. It would’ve been cool to see them assemble before & move Tsunade around during the pain invasion.
Hayate was great & served his purpose. I’m glad he was brought back as a reanimation for a little bit though.
Izumo & Kotetsu are absolutely badass. I was hooked watching them fight Kakazu. We deserved more from them!
Someone I’m not seeing here who should be an honorable mention is Aoba. War arc Kabuto was all smiles fighting on turtle island until Aoba showed up.
Aoba must’ve been a badass we just didn’t see much of him unfortunately.
Genma seems kind of dumb to me. In the chuunin exams he told Sasuke to chase Gaara alone after it became clear Gaara was a Jinchuriki and Gaara was with his team too. That “suggestion” nearly got Sasuke killed.
Shoutout to Aoba too for being the one to blow the lid on Itachi and Kisame being in the village and that ended up putting Sasuke in a coma.
