Temari. She along with TenTen were some of the first Kunoichis I saw that were not only assure of themselves but had the skills to back it up.
Not only that, Temari had a bit of attitude to her, she could look hella fine, and still light that ass up…

Up next would probably be Temari and Mei Terumi. Konan and Anko are good contenders for the most wasted potential in the whole cast. And if we count her anime-only backstory, Karin also had the potential to actually be kinda interesting.
I’m neutral to the rest of them.
