Don’t take that as a bad thing. It’s a really solid drawing. There are just some techniques for drawing manga/anime stuff that’s lacking, which is okay!
Thicker lines, always bold outlines for anime characters. If you look at a manga or anime still, you’ll see some lines are almost 2-3x the thickness of others
The shading is a little bland, don’t be afraid to make some areas darker rather than the whole thing being a gray tone
There are a few very minor mistakes like the chin being a bit lop-sided.
It’s really good, you have the technique for anime proportions down just need to start adding more layers to your art is all to make it a 10/10!

Your comfort with human faces, even stylized ones, appears to be your weak point and will hold you back the most, practice a lot more with drawing the human form in a realistic way first and then work your way towards drawing animation, it’ll surprise you how helpful that approach ends up being! Youre art is better than begginer, I will say novice, with practice you could become intermediate within months to a year. tldr: 2.5
I’ve found that as long as it looks just like the character in the manga (without deviation or personal rendition), you’ll always be in the 8-10 range lol
