I’ve heard this used as an excuse, and it doesn’t really hold up. Sure, a lot of characters don’t get the love or full arcs they deserve, but among those who do, I’m pretty sure Tsunade is the only female one.

kishimoto legit cannot write female characters lmfao, that is a guy who probably spent his 20’s staying in his room. he probably did not have any female interaction and his product shows. he simply does not know what females are. every female character in the show do not have any character (tenten) or their entire character trait is being in love with a male(sakura)
the only character with any substance is probably tsunade, every other one mostly have 1-2 character traits.

Lol though this is beating a dead horse by this point, series has been over for a long time.
I feel like if you have a problem with how is written, you should find something else to read/watch. That’s what I do.
The mangaka can do whatever he/she wants, give it a break
the manga is already 700 chapters long if every side character got full arcs or more screen time we’d be at One Piece lengths
