I admit, I used to be skeptical of Denki being a ninja, but this episode showed me that he has what it takes. He’s got the determination and the skill to keep even without is tech. One thing that I noticed is that he managed to read and predict Tsubaki’s moves before using his lightning jutsu. I think that was nice touch. It showed that his tech is more so meant to amplify the things he can already do as opposed giving him powers that he flat out doesn’t have.
Even if it wasnt that big of a moment to others here, it was still a remarkable moment and character development. Boy really went from a helpless, bullied kid who cant even do the simplest ninja things to someone who can now control his chakra enough to use a jutsu in combat. As a fan of him from the start, I did not even see that coming. I always thought that he would depend so much on tech but then I was yelling what the fuck, what the fuck when he went full blue Zenitsu

i hoped for tsubaki first bcus i hate TEC ninja stuff. cuz you have no reasons to be at a shinobi chunin exam if you cant relay on your chakra control etc…
but then i was suprised with the last part! they did him good. i liked that and changed a bit the way i see denki
i jus don’t like how he has a jutsu tht speed blitz with lighting like a chidori. i’m sorry i just can’t get behind it. maybe if he had blasted it then yeah i would be fine. but if thee than tht nawl
