Wasn’t this asked only two or three days ago? That lab woulda been almost 20 years old, nothing inside of it woulda been very fresh. When Sasuke left didn’t he blow things up? And after the war he knew where it was, he would’ve wanted everything inside of it burned or buried because those eyes belonged to people from his clan who are now dead.
Even if the lab wasn’t destroyed, adult Sasuke would never “steal” and use someone else’s eye. Have you been watching the show? They’re constantly saying that being a shinobi means being ready to give everything you have (even your life) to protect the ones you love and the village, without hesitation or regrets. That eye’s gone, move on.
