A unique combination that has Hinata taking a bolder role. As the Juken would prioritize her role in CQC, while being supported by the mid and long range arsenal of ink, and weaponry.
New team 1. Kakashi and Sasuke would stay on the same team so Sasuke could further hone his sharingan, Hinata would also need help furthering her training with the Byakugan, and with kakashi’s knowledge on eye jutsu that would be a big help to her. I feel like shino would just fit in with the team, and kakashis knowledge on kekkai genkai in general, he could help hone it.
New team 2. Imma keep Rock Lee and might guy on the same team. Because they are funny together. But I’d add Naruto into the mix as well. His healing abilities would make him a perfect candidate to learn the 8 gates technique.i’ll also add in Sakura, since she becomes a medical ninja and could benefit from evasion focused training from might guy.
New team 3. This team would consist of asuma as the supervising jonin. I’d keep Shikamaru and choji, but I’d add in tenten. Her wide arsenal of weapons for different situations could be really well used by Shikamaru’s intense intellect and planning ability.
That leaves the new team 4. Kurenai is the only jonin left, so she is the head of the team. With inos mind transfer technique she could easily have become a well versed genjutsu user. Neji I feel was pretty self sufficient, so he would fit anywhere, and Kiba stays with the team without much changing.

Tbh I’d only switch Sakura and Hinata.
Swapping naruto to a team without Sasuke would impact the timeline too much. Sasukes the reason naruto became so strong.
