SUGGESTION — AoS revival show, retitled as Agents of SWORD, sees Daisy Johnson, tasked on finding Attilan, convinces the Inhuman Royal Family to side with SHIELD if war breaks out on Earth after the escalation of Kree-Skrull conflict
I don’t think personally that AoS needs any sorts of revival or direct continuation. The series already took a lot of time and I’d even say that 7 seasons was a bit too much, especially since by 1-5 seasons the series followed typical TV format of 22-24 episodes each season. I think it would’ve been better if the whole series was more condensed on its episodes and lasted for a lower amount of season, since it had its flaws carried over by several episodes (like second part of S3, middle arc of S4, most of the second part of S5, whole duration of S6 for me) and even focus more on having more smaller spin-offs on the way. Now I could only see singular characters to appear in other MCU productions to carry on with new stories.
Idea for rebooting the Royal Family to actually make sense (Cause Attilan as-is makes ZERO sense when you take into account the whole Hive/Maveth stuff. Like did another Kree sect just happen to do the exact same experiment done on Earth on the Moon?):
When the Kree did experiments on Hive all those millenia ago, they used the Planet Maveth as the testbed for experiments after Hive’s success. The civilization formed of the Inhumans they sent there became Attilan. When Hive went rogue and they banished him to Maveth, he destroyed the civilization (As depicted when Fitz and Hive are there). But the Royal Family (The most “successful” of the Kree experiments) managed to survive and escape into the universe. Some returned to Earth and are the ancestors of the Elders of Afterlife (The “Great Refuge”). Some made it to Hala and have been working with the Kree. Black Bolt wandered the universe until he was recruited into the Illuminati.
This way we:
Reboot *Inhumans* and wash that away,
Keep AoS canon,
Connect with DS2,
and Connect with the Kree-Skrull War.
I’d be very surprised if feige touches anything from this show or the characters.
Lol I wanted them to do this back when Winter Soldier killed shield and they revealed the first Kree
The escalation of Kree-Skrull War conflict would be the main point of *Secret Invasion* and *The Marvels*.
AoS should work as the *Inhumans* reboot or remake.
It would be a good character arc for Daisy in similar way where Carol came from, caught in between imperial forces and would be more pressed to save the oppressed race she belongs in, who were literally made to be supposed combatants and weapons of destruction for the enemy.
Also, this could reunite ^LMD Coulson and Daisy once more (as well as the gang in separate episodes, Mackie and Yo-Yo ofc as SHIELD, May in the academy, and a FitzSimmons cameo).
I so wanted her to get killed off when I first started watching Agents of Shield. I never warmed up to her, and have no desire to see her again.
