  1. That kind of mistake totally takes me out of the movie. How can I believe someone has Spider powers now? /s

  2. Problem solved… He bought it on wish.

It’s actually called a ‘Star Warriors Dead Star’ and should have cost £79.99 with free delivery but he actually paid £64.99 as he was shown an up to 50% off code when he first went on the website.

  3. I mean, what are we to believe, that this is a magic xylophone or something? Boy, I really hope somebody got fired for that blunder.

  4. Isn’t that the job for the person in charge or props.

Or someone in charge with costumes and set design. (I can’t think of the job title of the top of my head)

  5. This film is simply obsessed with 2008. This, the “8 years later” thing, the Happy having the ring since 2008 thing. I swear. And worst of all, there is no evidence whatsoever that anything relevant happened in 2008 in the universe’s narrative haha.

  6. Or, he already the minifigure from somewhere and he hadn’t opened the 2008 version yet. So he could’ve been entirely correct, cause there’s no way he’d open the box, then the bag, put the minifig together then bag it back up and take it to peters.

  7. As a big Lego fan what bothers me most is the way they’re shown building it in different places all the time, like that thing is heavy, big, and delicate, you’re not just gonna lug it around the city with you at all times

  8. Lego are always a source of this type of movie issue. The new IT movie also had lego that didn’t come out until decades after the film takes place.

  9. he could have just had the figure. i know i have lots of updated figures, mostly clone/stormtroopers. plus from the looks of it he didnt open any bags until he and peter met after school.

  10. It doesn’t take place in our universe but in a different universe which is part of the multiverse. Differences include superpowered individuals, the snap, and the yellow Palpatine lego figure being released in 2008.

  11. You are clearly mistaken. The MCU has better technology and has clearly made sooner advancements in Minifig quality.

  12. In episode 2F09, when Itchy plays Scratchy’s skeleton like a xylophone, he strikes the same rib in succession, yet he produces two clearly different tones. I mean, what are we to believe, that this is a magic xylophone, or something? Ha ha, boy, I really hope somebody got fired for that blunder.

  13. It’s actually a completely different head. The mouth is open. Unless it spins around I never got cool legos.

  14. I think this might be the saddest thing I’ve seen on reddit, and I used to read the comments in porn subreddits.

  15. I believe that the entire set is custom made, because they need to to break properly in the movie

  16. Well Homecoming is now officially the worst Spiderman movie ever… And not only that but it is also the worst MCU movie ever.

  17. Let me ask you a question: why would a man whose shirt says ‘genius at work’ spend all his time watching a superhero movie?

  18. I half hate that as I was reading this, I figured out where it was going before it told me. Literally getting close to $300 worth of sets delivered today too. I’m an addict aren’t I.

  19. Hey, so how old is Peter, legally? Can he vote? Buy beer? What’s to stop him from walking into a liquor store with his ID with his real date of birth on it and buying beer? I don’t believe they’d have special IDs for the blipped because people wouldn’t want to be treated like a special class. I mean, can you imagine the protests?

  20. Check the comments in the original post. There’s reason to believe that it is not a mistake in fact and Ned is just a big Lego nerd.

  21. They didn’t have money, I assume they can pretend they bought the new one, while acquiring an older version at a thrift store

  22. It’s like they don’t even fucking care about the MCU’s lore and timeline literally unwatchable I’m going back to the Snyderverse

  23. I mean… to be fair, the 2016 figure is MUCH better than the 2008 design, so maybe that’s why they used it instead.

  24. I’m honestly surprised they bothered to actually look up how many pieces it was in the first place.
