Finally got to watch Shang-Chi (we went into lockdown right before it was released in cinemas). Worth the wait. Now hopefully we’ll be open in time to watch Spider-Man (and Eternals before it hits D+)
Finally able to watch it because I still have no interest in going out during a pandemic. Easily top 5 MCU film. Tony Leung put on a fucking excellent performance.
Legit pissed I didn’t see this in theaters. This movie is legit every little boys wet dream of a movie, with ninjas, mortal kombat type fighting, dude with a sword hand, then they enter what appears to be the pokemon world, then there’s a kaiju battle between a dragon and dnd final boss as Lovecraft horror monsters come flying out of a pit, and Trevor befriends a faceless bird dog. Almost forgot Wong vs Abomination.
Movie was awesome, I can’t wait to see Shang-Chi in other movies. It was fun to see older characters as well. My only dislike against the movie was the end fight, it felt a little dragged out, but cool nontheless 🙂

First time being able to watch it, and man I really enjoyed it! Loved the different environments we traveled to in the story, loved the action scenes. Such a vibrant and fun movie!!
Everyone here knows the real star was Tony Leung, butt be aware the real villain is the CGI. The entire final battle is like 30 minutes of blue screen, and all the minor CGI elements look REALLY rough when you look closely, probably to move the budget towards said final fight scene.
Acting was great though, writing was excellent, just that damn CGI brings it down so much imo
It was okay. Didn’t break the top 10 for me though. I wasn’t digging the soundtrack in the latter half of the movie at all. Too many scenes at the end where they stare at one another looking all sad/serious.
The fight scenes were pretty dope. My favorite was the skyscraper fight. I was getting a bit of vertigo watching them fight so high up. Loved the chicken pig too. I want one.
Just finished watching. Good movie. Great Visuals, should have watched it on the Big Screen. Amazing acting and Tony Leung is an amazing actor. This movie deserved way better writing and Simu Liu falls short big time. Awkwafina had more presence in the movie and he was just kinda there. Not a single thing memorable about him. I was able to connect more to Katy and usually Marvel has endearing characters. Dissapointed with the writing and the lead. For a studio which gave Iron Man, Cap and Black Panther, who are such different characters, Shang Chi was a dud. But the 3rd part was so beautiful. The fight choreography was unbelievable

Love this movie.
best phase 4 movie by far idc
Wait, so not Premiere? Like if you have Disney Plus you can just watch it now at no extra charge?
Wife and I still haven’t found time to watch Black Widow.. gonna have to pass the kids off to the grandparents this weekend and binge these two films.
Watched again I love this movie
Wow. Wow. Wow. I’m about half hour into it and it’s so good. I’m so impressed with the fights scenes, they’re like beautiful dances.
*looks at the clock knowing I have classes tomorrow and looks back at the Disney+ website*
…Into the Hotel California I go.
I have to say, it was way better than I expected. Tony Leung was phenomenal

I wonder if the second movie will be legend of the ten rings 2 this time focusing on the ten rings and not the ten rings organization.
Best thing to come out of phase 4 so far
Loved this movie!
Finally saw it. Wow I thought it was pretty dang good.
I’m sad I couldn’t catch it in theaters. Very good
Sweet! This is the kind of movie that is definitely worth watching in IMAX. ????

Just finished this movie and wow. This movie is plowing its way into my top 10 of the MCU. I hope Eternals is just as good or even better than this.
Just watched it! Looks great
Well tonight’s movie is sorted. Cant wait for that amazing soundtrack again! Also the incredible hand to hand fight scenes!

So excited I can finally watch it!
Opening subtitles have black boxing, I don’t remember that in the theatrical release.
It doesn’t look right.
Bought it immediately.
Cannot wait to watch it tonight with the family.

I just finished watching. Even reading all the spoilers and stuff, the movie was way better than i thought! 10/10 for sure.
Shang-Chi vs Wenwu right when the Ten Rings invade Ta Lo was the best scene for me.
