It’s kinda hilarious that the guy basically stumbled into making an action comedy and turned out to be really good at it.
My theory is Loid, Yor, Yuri, and even Fiona go through development and changes over the course of multiple arcs, find out about each others secrets and do agree to some form of unity as the perfect family for Anya… that is until all 4 of them are brutally murdered leaving Anya traumatized
Then Anya grows up as an Assassin and hunts down everyone involved in her family’s death and becomes a cold hearted ruthless killer
My theory is that someone is going to kill both Yor and Loid, Anya is going to get depressed, she’s going to learn there’s more to her powers (namely, returning back in time), she’s going to train, there’s going to be the obligatory timeskip, and at the end, she’s going to have to decide between the unification of East and West (World Peace) and seeing her parents again.

Tetsuya Endou has to pass on Shihei Lin, his editor, for the approval. Said editor has been keeping tabs on his writing, mostly avoiding “dark” stuffs be put on this series; and “dark” stuffs were particularly Endous’s style. This type of ending is so unlikely to happen.
