I mean kisaki was carrying a gun and knew that other people like mucho were also carrying weapons (I guess) in order to kill someone, he was smart and studied the world of delinquency so he knew how it works

Two theories. Either it’s a mistake from Ken wakuis part. Maybe he meant to make kisaki a time leaper but then I think it would’ve been boring.
Second theory is, Hanma is the 2nd time leaper, and might’ve told kisaki. Hence all the plans that kisaki made were perfect.
