Being a durable weakling is correct, but the original post being “get more credit than they deserve” is just wrong. For most if not all of the content I’ve seen (anime-only) Takemichi is just traumatized, he can’t just flip a switch and shake it off. It would be some shonen bullshit if he did.
The only time he absolutely had to (during the Kiyomasa fight), he did, because death was imminent. I can understand people being upset at him, but thinking others should be upset too like the article is unwarranted.
I mean a part of me wonders how he doesn’t have brain damage or organ damage from all the times he’s had the living shit beating out of him. So he is indeed a durable fella
if you’re doing this based on the anime only (which screenrant probably is) then yeah, sure. but otherwise they know nothing. one time i saw an article by them that was like “ten things you didn’t know about shouto todoroki” and they said “his mother burned his face” like….. what do you mean we “didn’t know that”
