I still appreciate Pah, without him the Moebius arc would be lacking in it’s emotional centered fights and just become an all out battle between gangs, same goes with Peh in that arc
Pah literally looks like he would be one of the background side characters, not one of the original Toman captains. Just saying his character design isn’t very fitting imo
In Pah’s defence, Osanai probably is actually really strong, getting one shot by Mikey isn’t an indicator of being weak, if it was even Taiju would be weak. He’s probably relative to all the other captains, and Osanai might be a little above them, especially since hr can box and knowing a martial art more often than not is treated as putting you above those that don’t in TR
