IN MY HEAD CANON: its somewhere above ball breaker and it could break abilities such as grass of home, It might not be affected by time (so diavolo wouldnt be able to dodge like he did with aerosmith and would just keep going during time stop), its unaffected by eraser stands (not erasable via za hando/cream) but valentine would be able to send it somewhere else since yasuho could
honestly, its not even a thing that gappy could have used offensively against other enemies in the part, and its for sure not soft and wet’s strongest ability

No although it counters a lot of broken abilities it’s not a very good defensive ability and Josuke can so far only aim it well in close range.
