Acid Rain: produces clouds that rain a special kind of liquid that nullifies special Stand abilities (like The World’s time stop, Hierophant Green’s Emerald Splash, etc…) and forces the Stand to just rely on its physical power.
Not very useful alone but very dangerous when working together with another Stand User with a strong physical Stand.

Acid rain: can change regular rain to acid rain if within a 50 metre bubble. It can go through anything. But only 1 thing at a time. The user decides. Eg a man next to a stone man. The stone man will melt, however the man is fine. But if the user decides he wants to melt the man, he can. But the stone man will remain unharmed

Acid Rain: Produces thick black clouds that produce a chemical rain. The clouds can be so thick it makes a fog that can be hard to see and the user can ride on for flight capabilities.
The chemicals can slowly deteriorate anything it comes in contact with after an 30 mins of exposure except for plastic.
However, with 10 mins of exposure living organisms gain a euphoric high, pain ignorance, and adrenaline boast, 20 mins, complete loss of sense of pain, fear induced illusions, manic episodes, and after finally 30 mins death.
The user could incorporate using water guns or balloons to make the chemical more versatile.
