  1. Don’t feel like it’s nothing. All the VR games I could play and my favorite things to play is VR Accounting Plus & Superhot. I play those more than the big titles because I enjoy those the most. People will play your game if they enjoy it, if they enjoy it they will go back to it.

  2. [STORY] I can’t say the name of the game this is about because it would be self promotion and this post would get deleted ( *sad face* ). Together with my wife we’ve been working half a year on a small action/fitness VR game with a tiny, fun idea – your punches shoot lightning. Now we are at the marketing stage and it’s even more stressing than the actual development. But we hope it’ll be worth it – if we get enough Wishlists, we should get better positioning on Steam. Who know, we’ll just see. Wish us luck guys!

  3. Indie VR games are the true gems of VR right now . Don’t let big name titles like that keep you down. There are plenty of small team indie games that can hold a flame to these bigger titles.

DM me a link, I’d be down to check it out.

Try uploading a gameplay clip next time if you have one you think does it justice

  4. Posts shitty meme about their own indie game with no context or even footage of his game, or even any indication of what his game is about.

And yet the comments still have “can I buy it? Is it on steam? Where can I buy this?” All over them.

This just screams “I bought my way to front page.”

  5. Most successful indie games are mainly because they were promoted by the devs as best and consistently as they could.

I believe most, if not all, indie games can provide a unique experience but all devs must take note of how to properly promote what they want to show to the world.

  6. Might be a hot take but fallout 4 vr was one of the worst vr experiences I’ve ever played.

Bethesda’s lazy port for a quick money grab of fallout 4 actually puts it easily in the top 5 worse GAMES (not even just vr) that I’ve ever spent money on.

  7. You really need to showcase gameplay more on the steam page. Whenever the ONLY video is a basic intro card that doesn’t show game play that’s always a massive red flag, to me.

or some feedback to pass along if you aren’t the creator.

  8. Good luck. After a year of nothing but tripe and rip-offs from the A-league game developers the market will be looking for something to take the bitter taste out of its mouth. Hopefully your 20 minute baby will get a piece of the action! Please DM me the name so that I can add it to my wish list.
