In your situation I’d probably unhappily use the P from penis to make “Paw” and “ad” for a total of 19 then expect my opponent to absolutely blow me out of the game using the triple word in the top left.
You could use the triple spelling DUAL- AW-LI. Not a huge scorer but I couldn’t fit the K or Z into that space.
