Everyone who is renting or living for the moment should take the advice. Obviously he knows what he is doing. Whether he lives in a home or lives on room service doesn’t matter at his wealth level. Personally, he should live on a plane flying around the world.
Folks, all I’m pointing out is that within 24 hours he is contradicting his own advice. I’m not saying he is wrong. I own property, etc. I just am trying to reconcile the clear disconnect between the two articles.
