  1. Wonderful job stranger, and I have a challenge, don’t let anyone or anything make you think if you were to just dissappear nothing would change. Keep up the good work and remember your life matters too.

  2. Congrats! Keep it up! Life is great if you choose to make it that way! Keep your friends and loved ones close, be open to them. Get a cat 🙂
Remember that you have only one life! And no matter what – be strong!

  3. This is awesome!

Perhaps you’re already doing this, but I wouldn’t restart your timer for random thoughts, only if you’re actively engaging with them in your thoughts (suicidal ideation). It’s been at least several years since I’ve been in an even mildly dark place and I’ll still every so often have a suicidal thought pop into my head. That’s just the way my brain works.

  4. Hey that is awesome. Keep it up. As someone who had spent his teen years going through the motions of severe depression. I can honestly say it just gets better and better. I am now 12 years free of suicidal thoughts since I decided that I deserved to love myself and live a happy live. The greatest things that helped me was I surrounded myself with a support group of friends and family that were well aware and accepting of me with my codition. Again keep it up and never give up, even when you may feel down at times.
    Much love.

  5. So do you know it’s normal for 100% of the human population to get suicidal thoughts? We just don’t have to act on them or suppress them but let them float down the stream… if you have them it’s not a personal failure x

  6. Updates:

Currently on 8 days – as of 1/12/21 (I’m European 12/1/21 for any Americans)

    – Next Goal: 2 weeks – Will Achieved on 7/12/21 – 12/7/21.

    – Thank you for all the kind comments <3

  7. Congrats. Every moment of every day is precious. Remember that. There’s some people who are suffering worse than you my friend and have a debilitating disease but don’t even have the awareness and the ability to take their own lives even if they wanted to. And you might be able bodied really have a mission that’s to tell your story, get professionally help and when you get on your feet remember where you came from and maybe find a way to give a hand to somebody else that’s in the place where you are now. Many blessings to you going forward ????
