In session zero, and in campaign handouts, I always tell players “Yes you can do whatever you want, but there are consequences in this world. Chaotic stupid is not an alignment, and if you start just killing people, there will be town guards, other adventures, etc. This is not an evil campaign.”
So here me out, I love the idea now that every NPC who dies from a murderhobos shenanigans has a super powered nephew that will go out and fight the bad guys.
