This is why I prefer 3.5’s version of the tarresque. It had regeneration 20, and couldn’t actually be killed without a very, *very* specific set of circumstances. What’s more is that it had the diehard feat, which meant that, even if you dropped it to below 0 hp, it wouldn’t knock it out. It would just keep going.
The point of the tarresque is that it’s supposed to be an endgame calamity, a beast so terrible that the whole point of the campaign is for the players to find some way to either seal the beast, or take it down for good, either because some villain has it on a leash and is threatening to release it, or because it’s already gone berserk, and your goal is to find the way to kill it before it literally consumes the world.
Making it killable through normal means is like giving Cthulhu a health bar. You’re missing the point of why this creature exists.
Funny story, I was once on this server, and suddenly had to fight the Tarrasque with my level 20 Winged Tiefling Sorcerer. Issue was… All my attacks were useless against it, since she was a full enchantress build, perfect for RP, terrible for combat. And the only thing she had that could damage the Tarrasque was Mind Sliver.
Let me state, she was the only one near enough of the Tarrasque to deal with it. So you can imagine, 3000 turns later, I managed to knock the Tarrasque out.
Truly the most painful experience, especially since I wasted my ninth level spell slot for Wishing a reverse gravity when I had a perfect Power Word Kill in there.
First campaign I was ever in was 3.5 and one of the party members was affectionately referred to as One-Punch Wizard because she would just. Obliterate enemies with a punch. We’re talking like 50+ damage with one hit. She leveled a city.
No idea what the build was because I was new and had no clue what was going on at the time.
build and explanation or it didn’t happen
How many rules.did you have to change for this?

‘Perfectly balanced’ only in the Spiffing Brit sense of the term
It’s all fun and games until the wizards familiar defeats graz’zt and the strongest dragon on record.
Well, clearly it’s balanced by the Tarrasque’s mother being right behind it!
“can”
Theoretically. In reality, the damage is much, much lower. Nothing can reliably nova for 1k
If you find this meme and you ask yourself “how is this possible?” Let me go ahead and tell you a secret.
It’s not. This is either a series of wildly incorrect interpretations of game rules and/or mechanics *or* some DBZ-level homebrew nonsense.
Enjoy the rest of your day, dear reader.
So, what I’m getting from the picture is that you are a Tarrasque.
The only “build” you need to solo the tarrasque is a level 1 aarakocra rogue with a +1 bow and a bag of holding full of ammo.
