I don’t think that’s a specific episode, the chopsticks aren’t ringing a bell. However, that looks to be like early Saiyan Saga Goku during his Snake Way and Otherworld travels just from looking at how he’s drawn.
I would look around the princess snake era
I’m going to say it’s from when Goku was killed by Piccolo in order to defeat Raditz.
Might be the episode where King Kai tells Goku about the Saiyans, from Goku’s facial reaction as well. I’m sure if you watch this episode you can find the timestamp. Episode 14 from the Vegeta Saga, according to the wiki.

It looks like very early dbz, the halo & chopsticks make me think this is when he’s having dinner with princess snake
It might be from goku eating on king kais world or from princess snake episode one or the other.
King Kai or Princess Snake prolly
He has a halo and chopsticks, he must be at king kais planet about to feast. This would be after he died in the saiyan saga.
Chopsticks are definitely not part of the frame this is from, but If I’m not mistaken this pose was from an episode where someone short is talking 🙃🤣

It’s definitely young adult Goku. As he has the classic young Eyes from Dragon Ball. It could be the later episodes of Dragon Ball maybe the tournament or the first season of Dragon Ball Z as Goku and most of the characters had the classic Dragon Ball style. Which changed in season 2 and later. I unfortunately never got Dragon Ball on DVD. But do have DBZ and GT.
That’s the break before the cell games where Goku is in mid intercourse with chichi about to conceive goten.
