I don’t think people in this thread understand what a tattoo in progress looks like. Line work is clean, art is pretty good, details are pretty great too.
Only thing is that’s not when he’s about to kill cell. Looks more like when cell was trying to destroy earth with a kamehameha and Gohan fended it off with his own

However, still looks dope as hell! SSJ2 Teen Gohan is the best
Gohan’s left arm is numb/broken as he’s about to kill Cell.
Looks like Tadahoshi Yamamuro design at his worst, when the eyes looks generic and soulless, you had to ask for a design when Tadayoshi really nailed the expression of the character like he used to make in the 90s.
