I don’t understand why, if the gold part is the spent casing or whatever is being ejected, and the grey part is the bullet – why is it being fed into the gun facing backwards?
I just bought that issue of The Incredible Hulk for my nephew on Free Comic Book Day. Snagged it from clearance boxes where they were selling as many comics as you could cram in a bag for five bucks.
Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man #112 – Santa Claus with a gun, patterned after a “Terminator” movie poster, as I recall. Santa Claus counts as a superhero, right?
Captain America 321 was a pretty big deal when it came out, Cap hadn’t been shown using a gun since WWII…and even then, it wasn’t shown much (at all?) prior to maybe Brubaker’s run much later.
It’s not a cover, but there are a few panels of Juggernaut using a gun during his fight against Rhino in Uncanny X-Men no. 435. It would be worthy to frame as part of the displayed collection. Glad someone posted the blog entry about the covers!
It’s amazing how good that run is when you think about the actual shit that happened in it. >!Okay so Hulk’s smart now and first he’s grey and a mob enforcer in Las Vegas and then he leads an X-Men ripoff team themed after Greek gods but they actually got their power from aliens and oh yeah, Hulk wears glasses and uses guns now!<. Sounds like what you’d get if you asked a 10 year old to come up with a Hulk story but it’s so good.
Superman at World’s End has already mentioned and this isn’t a cover but I’ll cheat a little and say that moment in Reign of the Supermen/Return of Superman (still haven’t memorized that fucking branding) where >!Supes goes into Cyborg Supes’s lair in Coast City with a black suit and big ass gun and Superboy is like “now that’s what I call a merit badge!” or whatever after he shoots someone!<. Damn, someone beat me to it.
Definitely “Superman at Worlds End”
Daredevil 184 is a classic.

Aunt May pulling a gun on Spider-Man in Amazing 115.

Fantastic Four #375. Classic 90s cover.
Batman Year 2, Alan Davis cover.
Sums up the mainstream 90s lol
Wolverine #36, I was thinking of doing the same thing except with smoking. Also trying to get all the covers with wolverine smoking a cigar.
Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man #112 – Santa Claus with a gun, patterned after a “Terminator” movie poster, as I recall. Santa Claus counts as a superhero, right?
You could get what If Spider-Man became the punisher. His web shooters are guns.
Captain America # 321
Thor 435, another classic
Love that the bullets are fed in backwards… fucking 90’s man!!
That’s a pretty sick cover so, yeah, carry on 🙂
The Rebirth Supergirl series had a cool cover with Kara firing a machine gun
Scarlet Spider #1. Ben Reilly swinging and firing an Uzi. “From Web-Slinger to Gun-Slinger.”
How did Hulk find a trigger guard big enough for his gigantic sausage fingers? Sorry, had to ask
I love the 90’s.
Iron man 254 features Santa Claus with a gun on the cover, it’s hilarious.

*I don’t know if it will meet your expectations, but it’s something still :/*

I’ve seen the Ninja Turtles rockin’ a laser pistol. Not sure of the issue#.
Batman also sports one in a cover of DKR.

90s, if you want to look like a joke in 10 years.
Batman drawn by McFarlane
Very 90s
CoD eat your heart out! Never seen a belt fed SMG in any of those games.
I always thought that Ross hunting the Hulk was a commentary on the Viet Nam war as he had a uniform and helmet too fit Banner.
What If… Wolverine Agent of SHIELD.
Oh, the 90’s
Daredevil 293 (1991) https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Daredevil_Vol_1_293
A lot of Deadpool comics
This cover FEELS so 90s
What if? Spider-man was the Punisher?
That certainly seems unnecessary lol
The Hulk looks like he found The Mask and went nuts.
