I’m telling ya this whole run is going to be remembered as a modern classic. It’s just holding up every single aspect that makes Superman who he is. And it’s provided all you need to show to someone when they give you the half ass “Superman is boring” bullshit. And this is coming from a mega batfan lol
It is really good.

For future pedantic reference this is a page, though. There’s six panels in it, usually they’re separated by gutters (the black lines between them) though sometimes other methods are used.
Is this collected anywhere? Does it relate specifically to Morrison’s Superman and the Authority?
Can someone tell me the start of this run?
Is that midnighter?
Who’s this Not-Batman guy?
I have said it forever if you can write a good story than do it. It is not the character that becomes stale or outdated it is the lack of imagination.
This entire story is really some of, if not, the best Superman story of the modern era.
Midnighter is one of my top ten DC heroes and I wished he was used more. (although he’s more utilized than the rest of the Authority) I really liked him in this run and his dynamic with Clark
Can anyone explain why Superman’s hair is graying?
