The one on the Left is Flatline
Shes the protege of Lord Death Man her power is that if someone dies near her she absorbs a fraction of their powers seemingly permanately.
Shes also kinda Damian Waynes love interest right now
I think they are new characters to debut in that issue? (Except Flatline, whoi already debuted).
1st is Flatline, 2nd I have no idea and the 3rd might be the Vigil since that’s what the story with them is called.

Flatline’s awesome, go read Josh Williamson’s Robin run where she was introduced. Definitely my favorite new DC character from the last couple years.

…Is the 2nd pic Luminus? The Lois stalker from Superman TAS who had light bending tech & filtered the suns rays to only give off red light? Is he gonna join Livewire & Harley Quinn as exports from the DCAU to comics canon?
