The first appearance of his FF suit is in FF 1. This is a really cool cover anyway! If you ever have questions like these check out the app Key Collector, it’s free and if an issue is important or valuable they will have it listed and give why and a general value. It says this issue is about 15 bucks in good condition which means it has gained value over the last 10-11 years.
Always liked this one, kind of an Anti-Venom style and I always like when he works with the Fantastic 4. Would be cool to see Spider-Man and the Human Torch in the mcu together.

It may be worth looking into that even if this isn’t the first appearance of this suit overall, it MAY be the first appearance of this suit IN a spidey book.
