A few years ago Marvel introduced X.X issues for books that aren’t essential for the main storyline, but add more context. The started putting them out as .XXX with the decimal being replaced by the event they tied into like X.INH for Inhumanity. This is X.BEY for the Beyond storyline.
Just a tie in issue, probably focusing on Misty Knight and Colleen Wing judging by the cover. Probably won’t be essential but might add a little extra context.
Bonus question: As far as a I know, the Sinister War comics are connected to The Amazing Spider-Man. How will I know when to start reading Sinister War?
