Marvel fusing Hank with Ultron is still one of the stupidest things they’ve done in the last few years to a superhero. I love that run he had leading The Avengers with an infinite mansion, and I also like the robot Avengers that I’m pretty sure he was leading.
He’s far from my favorite Marvel hero, but written well he can be a very good character. Hopefully someday he’ll be unfused with ultron and get to join some team again. Heck, he has a daughter running around but they can’t really interact because he’s off being fused to his evil robot creation, it’s just so ridiculous.
I prefer heroes like Hank Pym who, because of still being human, aknowledge the mistakes and try to make up for it than monodimensional big boy scouts.
I think there is more heroism in the former that’s why i always have been more attracted to the Marvel formula of superheroes with superproblems with Hank Pym being the prime and most dramatic example of it

Hank being stereotyped as an abuser because of an artist’s mistake will never not make me cringe

it’s really a shame that hank and jan aren’t in the avengers anymore definitely my favourites along with captain marvel and cap america
Hank is the most interesting Avenger and the most wasted character in comics.
