Here in Brazil they had to redraw the Iron Man armor for Hulk #316 since his stories were a bit late in continuity, any examples of that in your region?

  1. So to make sure it’s clear, they had published a run of Iron Man reprints, and then for some reason jumped forward quite a few issues but didn’t want the continuity to be off? One would have to ponder why they jumped forward.

One thing this is is another example of the extreme amount of work that goes into producing international editions of American comics that I don’t think we Americans are even aware of.

EDIT: Oh wait, this is from Incredible Hulk. OK, this makes more sense. They were reprinting Iron Man and Incredible Hulk from different points in each series.

  2. Not *exactly* the same thing, but the Latin America readers of Spider-Man were “protected” from Gwen Stacy’s death for over a year when the Mexican licensor stopped reprinting the actual material and switched to publishing locally-produced stories in which she was still alive, including [a “dream” issue in which she and Peter got married](https://tombrevoort.com/2021/04/17/forgotten-masterpiece-el-sorprendente-hombre-arana-128/).

  3. Could you show the world the issue (I think is Incredible Hulk #300?) where they painted black suit Spider-Man back to the old webbed blue and red and at the same issue turned Starfox into the Beast (!) because Eros haven’t appeared yet?
