From what I’ve seen, imho the Rorschach influence is solely on the development of Levi’s past/childhood, his short height, and the cravat that he wears. Levi’s story at present and beyond has nothing in common with the Watchmen character. They have similar backgrounds, but they diverge rather quickly because their personalities and motivations are very different.
