In a number of ways:
The subtle pink highlights are very striking.
Her shadow is such a simple touch but it adds a whole other dimension to the image.
The contrast of her – with her soft, curving lines and the cigarette – perfectly straight and dull.
There’s something captivating about seeing such an innocent looking character smoking. Almost like an “innocence lost” type scenario.
